Would you leave both a guardian for your dog and support for care and maintenance? 35. Please list three references that we can talk to about your dogs and how they are integrated into your family. Many people find this offensive. We don’t know you personally, and you won’t give us people that are on the list of those with whom you may have disagreed over the years. We can ask these people how you care for your animals, and usually we get a good feel for the importance of animals in your life. This allows us to know that your animals are cared for the way we require Darrowby puppies to live. I want to be reincarnated as one of my puppies!!!! 36. Last, but not least, is the question of breeding for those buying a puppy on a full registration. Would you be willing to consult on the breeding done with your Darrowby puppy? We are sometimes in possession of information about potential breedings that might be excellent, and others that might have potential concerns for puppy buyers. We all know that certain combinations don’t seem to work, and that there may be concerns that do not match the available tests or test results that might be better avoided until more is known.. Discreet sharing of this information, and in some cases “Time will tell -lets try something else until we know more” attitude allows us to be a bit more certain that we are meeting responsibilities to future puppy owners. 37. What are your suggestions for improving this questionnaire? Name: Address: Telephone number: Email: What is the litter in which are you interested? Are you interested in a dog or bitch? Why? Other comments or questions: Thanks for your time and information! Sallie and Dennis D’Asaro
